Good food to spot feed

Anybody know of a good food to spot feed chalices

Any food will do. Flake food dissolved in tank water even. The juice from frozen food.
You can get fancy from there. But it's all the same imo.

Reef roids is what I feed everything in my tank. Sometimes they get ahold of mysis or brine.
