So my daughter noticed this little guy after we dipped this zoa frag is he good or bad?

As said they get mixed opinions. The only coral they are claimed to eat are certain zoas. Since the picture of it is on a zoa frag I'd definitely remove it.

Yeah it’s gone then lol zoas and palys are all that’s in my tank right now

I would not want that in my tank . I have in the past and they multiplied to where I had to buy a harlequin shrimp to get rid of them but that was a cool experience watching the harlequin shrimp eat them . Then I had to keep buying chocolate shrimp for the harlequin. Wasn’t planned but I enjoyed the new addition .

from what I hear they are only interested in corals line algae, how accurate it is i don't know, but i have them,

I've seen them on a spot of coraline algae for a few hours of watching and when they move the dark purple has small white spots where they were sitting its not much damage, but they reproduce/split so fast and they are just unsightly to have. If It were me I would take it out asap! I manually remove them because I don't want to starve a harlequin shrimp but I've thought about it!

Here's this month's harvest, im thinking about getting little glass bottles and putting some sand in them and a few of these and small shells and sell them to tourist @johns pass lol
