Good snail bad snail?

So I’ve had several of these for a while and I wanna know what kind of snail they are and if they’re predatory. I used to have a delightful cleaner shrimp named Scampi but I woke up one day to him covered in snail snot and very much dead. They’re very elusive and hard to take pictures of.

Looks like a trochus Snail to me, reef safe but may bulldoze a small frag every few months at worst
