In regards to the aquascape I saw you are planning on going sps heavy correct? If so I would get some more flat surfaces to mount sticks to. It might not look the greatest without grown out corals but we aren't building an aquascape to house only fish. I'm not sure if there were any shelve rocks included but they make great spots to place sps frags.

The first picture was attempt number 1. Which I thought I was happy with but of course I had to tinker. Second picture is how it is now. Is it too tall?
Honest opinion here so please don't take it the wrong way, but I think the centers of both sides are took packed and it will eventually become a dead spot. May be take the bottom center rocks out?

Awesome !!! I like the 2nd aquascape. More hiding places and good appearance.

Absolutely beautiful and awesome! Congratulations on the win and, mostly, successful delivery. If you think are you going to go SPS heavy, i would flatten the rock out and create more of a wall/shelf so you have surfaced to build them out on. I also would avoid the major gap in the middle if you plan on putting your wave makers on the sides. Most importantly, dont mess with it to much after you "go live" with it. :D

Thank you for starting this thread and I wish you the best of luck on the journey!

If I had to guess, WWC is planning an SPS dominant tank for you. This is based on the opening remarks of the BRS 4 month cycle video.

This will be the final aquascape. It has more depth than it appears in this pic.

The new sump arrived in great condition! I was hoping to use the 2nd slot in the sump for a refugium but with the skimmer being so large I’ll have to use the smaller section.

Tonight I plan on installing the floor jacks in the crawl space and starting on the control side of the stand. Should be able to start filling on Friday!!!
