That pectinia is nice grab but beware they sting..;Blackeye
Anirban,
Thanks!!!
Now, I just want it to "fully" open back up ;Nailbiting

Cut the Kessils back from 100% to 60% intensity and tweeting on the flow.

That's a show piece and I'd hate to lose it :(

Lol...I dont think you will loose it as they are generally pretty hardy but I can say the same for the nearby corals. It can sting other corals pretty hard....;)

The sweepers on my little guy are probably 7-8" and as thick as good size bristle worms. It's impressive, however the safest place in the tank is probably at his base. My flow keeps the sweepers going vertically and to the right. I'm guessing the Ducan will be fine.

At Reefaplooza one vendor says he cuts them with scissors :eek:. That feels like an LPS hate crime committed by an SPS snob :)

Ohh man, people are getting better everyday with Photoshop. I think because people are so fascinated over the blue light glowing pictures that they don't understand how beautiful a healthy coral can look under a full daylight spectrum. That pectinia is nice grab but beware they sting..;Blackeye

I have a naughty corner, 6 inch plus galaxia. ;)

Well,
Have not dosed Vibrant in a week, but the bubble algae is still breaking down and we're still catching hunks in the overflow's teeth.
Wall Hammer is making a coming back from the (Vibrant) overdose  and we'll leave it on a high note ;Singing

Tank is looking spectacular ! ! !

Seeing as Vibrant is bacteria I would surmise that it is still very much active although you have not dosed any.

Well,
The spots in the background are Reef Roids.

New hunk of dying bubble algae floating in the display.
IMG_20180317_183700.jpg

Here's our old spot, and you see that it's starting to break down and dying off too

So, The Vibrant's bacteria is still at work.

Vibrant can be a very good tool, but proceed with caution.

:)
