That looks beautiful Freddie, and the pictures and photography are stunning. You can also see the coral growth very well.

That hybrid light was a work of engineering art you know. You did a really good job when you designed that.

Thanks, Shaun
It was pretty cool...

I think the acro has kicked in after we did the full blown Kessil, rig.

If I went back to a full acro tank, that 10 bulb canopy does the job. We only ran two t5's with the a80's.

It’s quiet good, like a long version of Saving Private Ryan which is one of my favourite films ever.

You know, Shaun

It's too bad that I could not automate the Red Sea ABC+ powder. We ran it for a full year and the Alkatronic would have done great picking up the alk's slack while doing that option.

Hope you have a nice day.

Amazing growth and we can tell when you upgraded to the Google Pixel 3 as well!

Just amazing growth, love your tank. I'm happy enough, but whenever I see your setup I wonder why a T5/AP700 setup would look like on my tank.

Micheal,
I'm glad that you went Orephek. You got a lot more power (if need be) and I'm limited with the Kessils as they stand.

FWIW:
This is the new Noops rig that @Katrina71 is talking about

It make my mind swirl.. ;Wideyed with ideas, but I'm staying put.

Very nice detailed comparison shots!!
The tank looks amazing, impressive growth !!!

You certainly appear to have your tank dialed in very well, Freddie! Oh, and your camera skills are nothing to sneeze at either.

Wow nicely done. The pictures are great showing the growth. That was great and the last top down photo really shows how big it is

Thanks for sharing

Love that growth timeline ! ! !

Love the progression shots, Freddie!

Such a good way to show growth @GoVols

Thanks, Guys

@fabutahoun

Fadi,
I'm staying put like you said when the Kessil Ap700, a80's was complete.
I do have some shading in he tunnels, but it makes the fish more comfortable. Just going to leave it be.

Some shadowing wont hurt, you can place some low light LPS or Softies that don't do will under intense lighting.

GoVols update:

New Software:
Well Guys,
I have struggled with the new Reef 2 Reef software... o_O

Kinda fell disconnected :(, but trying to get use to it.

(lol)
The new right side bar on a PC drives me crazy.
If your on a PC, you can zoom in at about 125%, then the side bar will move to the bottom of the page.

Alkatronic:
To this point, it has been spot on and remains dialed in.

I was taught to use the Salifert alk kit by having the reagent's air bubble to be at the .85 mark

Like the below

And today's readings

Bout dead on to from here. Have not made any re-calibrations since the first month's procedures.
Still running in full blown "Action Mode"

Aiptasia:

Had some on my Gyre 130, lol.. hung it out to dry for three days

Got in the Frank's mojo. Will try it out sometime, soon.

That's pretty much it.

:)
