I'm pretty sure my package could've survived being run over for how well it was secured. It was very obvious that they take great care with their livestock. I think the coral was either double or triple bagged then wrapped with newspaper and placed in an insulated box, then packaged. The xenia looked pretty beat up though and I'm guessing was detaching from the rock. I sent them an email expressing my concern and they actually called me back so the CS is great, im pretty sure this was more than likely due to shippers being rough despite the fragile label :). The Xenia looks exactly like the photo even though it wasn't WYSIWYG. The photos are 5 hours apart and in natural lighting. I bought my xenia from @Corals.com
