I just wanted to publicly thank @Terence again for the great discussion at Reef-A-Palooza, and reiterate how great it was to have he and Paul there at RAP to discuss Neptune Systems products, particularly the Trident. Hearing Terence's passion about the hobby, taking care of fellow reefers, and the products that Neptune sells was really exciting, and it was so great to have them in person to speak with.

I wonder how many questions Terence and Paul had to field about availability of the Trident :p

Also super cool that these are the guys on the other end of the phone when I call California mid-week with questions and/or issues. The fact that they're so involved, up through end-user support is really fantastic. Something that I don't think many other companies their size have (yes, I know that smaller shops are the same way if not more focused, but these guys are doing it on a much larger scale and still manage to feel like a home-grown shop). Not to mention how they know the products forward and backwards (Paul helped me troubleshoot my disconnect pmup where the power light on the FMM was on, but the pump wouldn't run, because I accidentally disconnected the power when setting up the Trident) and bend over backwards to make customers happy.

Thanks again, and looking forward to more Letstalkreef and hopefully RAP next year!

Also, Terence, as discussed this is my baby, that my parents are taking care of until I leave NYC:
