Growth on Midas blenny

Hello all.
this guy was QT’d in copper for a month and treated with seachem focus and API general cure.
He’s been in DT for 3 weeks and is eating, and acting fine.
He has a growth on his tail that has been getting bigger for the last 3 days and I noticed for a bit that he was poking his nose out of the water sometimes
He’s eating well, no sign of bullying. Breathing, swimming other than poking his nose is normal.
parameters are all good, no ammonia

That spot is an ulcer and likely stemmed from poor water quality which can be elevated ammonia or nitrate
Take a look at your black Molly showing signs of bacteria
You may want to set up quarantine and treat properly using seachem neoplex or kanaplex if no neoplex
Focus is more of a binder although it treats bacterial issue but best effective as a polymer
Ruby rally pro would work also but take longer to take effect and treat

hmmm ammonia is zero and nitrate hasnt gone higher than 25 since I put the fish in.
The mollies have been fine
Ill stick her back in QT and see what meds i can get my hands on in canada

Yes- it will. Increase oxygen with air stone during treatment and monitor ammonia assuring good water quality

I agree with the ulcer diagnosis and Maracyn 2 would be an antibiotic to try. As a side note, here is a post about an issue that Midas blennies have:
