Growth/Spot on Yellow Tang Dorsal

I noticed a spot on the dorsal fin of the yellow tang I ordered. Anyone know what this could be?

I dosed prazipro yesterday, today I noticed what looks like red splotches on the side of the yellow tang and no change on the dorsal fin growth.

Any ideas what could be going on with this fish?

I also just got a couple tangs and one of mine has a couple of these growths in the same areas... did you ever find out what it could be?
