GSP closed / dirty water column

2 problems:
1: how do I reduce particles and air bubbles in the water column
2: 2 if my corals are closed. My parameters: Api reef master test kit
Phosphate: 0-.25 cant tell
Kh: 8

Can’t see the video but I had the same issue when running my return pump I’m the same sump compartment as my skimmer. Moved them apart and boom no bubbles anymore. Could also be some air trapped in your pump.

I have a tunze 9400 hob and a hob filter should I move them further apart

Micro bubbles. I'm not familiar with a Tunze tank, so you'll have to provide a few details on how it's setup for filtration, skimming, returns, etc.
40 breeder, 3 in live sand, 75g fluvalclear hob, tunze 9400 hob skimmer, 3 power heads.( one on each side) (and on back that not on)
