Had to take down my 75 gallon and start over with a smaller tank :(

So I had to move due to a surprise baby on the way...I took down my 75 gallon donated to my lfs now I’m stuck with a baby 36 gallon ....question is i used live rock last time now I’m using dry rock (I always liked that white color) I used nuti bullet premixed salt water I have one marineland penguin pro 275 filter which idk if it’s even good my last set up was a skimmer sump filter sock n now I only have this filter that agitates the water so I’m asking the pros what else do I need? Or should I just wait it out until it cycles? I’m just not used to not having a sump or filter socks can this thing really take care of all that by itself as the lfs guy said ? Ty all! I didn’t set up my last tank I just maintained it I have no idea what to set up !! I eventually wanna try sps corals this time around any input much appreciated

I have a heater I have a power head I have 2 Kessler led lights that the first one fell in water and the 2nd ones fan is not working but I’ll take it apart and get that dust out I’m assuming it still works n I plan on using it for this tank if y’all think that’s enough light ?
