Hi all,
Need some advice.. I have a new setup, running about 3-4 weeks now and what started as a small amount of hair algae has now grown to crazy levels... what is the best approach to get this under control? So far only a Kole Tang and Maroon Clown in the tank (and some turbo snails & 2 red legged hermits).

Peroxide will make it melt away!
But sounds like you have some nutrients in there which is making the algae very happy :)
What is your no3 and po4?
Are you dosing anything (elements) they also love iron
