So i have a small patch of almost clear or white something growing out of rock. Almost looks like a small wispy bush. I suck it up with a turkey baster and 1/2 hr later it is back. Any ideas. Am unable to get a good picture due to location.

Could be as simple as a pineapple sponge. Need white light pics to be sure though.

Does it get sucked into the baster or does it hide when you try to suck it up?

Ok so what is best way to get rid of it before it spreads
1: Use a syringe and inject lemon juice, kalkwasser or both.
2: remove the rock and cover the area with super glue.
Don't try and remove it while in the tank.

If you squish it or cause it to fall apart each bit will grow into a new one.

Boiling hot vinegar injected into and around it. Then cover with Kalk paste or Aiptasia X. Then cover the hole with superglue.

Then cross fingers and hope for best.

Or toss the rock out and get a new one
