Just a heads up.

Test reagent HI782 lot H017 expiration date 09/2026 could be bad. I have four boxes of the reagent and none work. I tested the reagent against a standard of 5 and 10 ppm NO3 made from Hach multiparameter reference standard. The developed test solutions were colorless. I tested the 5 ppm standard with the LR NO3 Checker and obtained the expected results.

I contacted Hanna technical support.

EDIT: Customer service is sending me new reagents. This issue was resolved in <8 hours!

were the reagents purchased through them, or another vendor? in case i run into the same issue this information would be good to have.

So these "suspect" reagents created no color change?

So then would it be safe to assume if you are getting a color change with your current reagents, then they are probably OK?

My current box of reagents seems to be fine, as they are creating a color change, but I have 2 more unopened boxes on my shelf that I better check...
