I’m seeing total annihilation from the fish I bought from Harry’s Marine Life. 8 tangs purchased and they are dead from a terrible infestation of gill flukes.
the following treatments were unsuccessful BUYER BEWARE. I wouldn’t support these guys and you will likely see all your livestock die.
Prazipro dosed 6 days apart in 1.026 SG with temp at 78 F
Fenbendazole baths for 12 hours 500 mg per 5 gallons dosed 3 days apart (8 treatments) freshwater dips done after each bath for added insurance.
Hypo salinity for 10 days at 1.010 SG
Formalin dosed 6 days apart 37% formaldahyde.
I do not have a solution to eliminate the flukes and will likely have to put down the remaining fish.
I can’t stress this enough. DO NOT BUY FROM HARRY’S MARINE LIFE
