Has anyone ever blended two dry salt mixes to make a combo batch of dry mix?

Not crazy about some of the standard parameters for a few mixes of otherwise great salt brands. Alk seems either too low or two high on the various TM and Red Sea buckets.

Thinking about doing a mix of TM Pro and TM Classic to average out Alk at ~8, Calcium at ~410, and Magnesium at ~1300. (Rough numbers assuming a 50/50 mix and using TM posted averages).

Also considering a "Purple" mix of Red Sea Blue and Black to average out Alk at ~9, Calcium at ~430, and Magnesium at ~1300.

My water changes are usually two 5g buckets, a ~10g water change for 75g with a large sump. I could try and do a dry mix, or just do separate 5g buckets of the two different salt mixes and add them to the tank. Sounds like most don't think it really matters.
