Noticed a few white spots on my juvenile Blue Tang. Netting him in my rock-filled tank just isn't gonna happen, nor is removing all inverts and coral practical. Leaving the RubyReef option. Is it worth it?

That was going to be my second option but I tried polyp lab medic first. I installed a uv light and started feeding Kent’s garlic. That worked for me.

Feed good quality and diverse food. Probably all you need.

Rally and Kick Ich worked for us (after trying Polyp Lab Medic while also feeding Metroplex + Focus and saw those did not work). Worked to treat both Ich and Brooklynella. Inverts were completely fine during use of combined Rally/Kick Ich. Not sure how coral would actually do though.
