Has anyone used this nano skimmer? If so what are your thoughts?

I had one of the first Sanders air pump w/limestone airstone back in 1985 and it need replacing every few weeks in order to be effective in producing fine bubbles (was expensive, and a bit of a pain).

Since those days we found out a lot of things. Unless you are REALLY set on having a skimmer, they are not at all necessary for a small nano since most receive frequent water changes to help remove/control excess organics.

I have that skimmer on a AIO nano and I think it's great. No issue at all setting it up and works great. Within a few hours of set up, she was pulling nasty stuff into the collection cup. Also found some cheap replacement wooden air diffusers I'll be purchasing as back ups when needed.
