Every time I go into Feed Mode the Low Flow alarm goes off. Should I just turn off all audible alarms or is there a way to turn off just the Low Flow alarm

Hello, The Helio PTC heater is designed to shut off when the internal operating temperature exceeds safe levels. This is usually caused by the heating element being out of the water or pumps turned off during feeding. You can slide the audible alarm off during feeding or unplug the heater during that time.
