I had a saltwater tank 10+ years ago but failed 10 months in and sold it. Recently got a 40 gallon breeder. Have 60 lbs of crushed coral and 65lbs of lr. Running a bio cube. Just purchased a a trigger ruby 36s and ato crystal 10 , I know its overkill but I want a bigger tank when I move. Any suggestions on a size for the pump for the sump and any advice on the plumbing would be helpful. Tia

Welcome! My favorite return pump for that size tank would likely be an eheim 1260. I used one for many years without a problem. Good luck.
