Been away for a couple weeks and just finished cleaning and getting things back on par. Also added this new guy. I love their colours when they get older.

Very Nice Tank! Are you effected by the electric load shedding in SA? If so, how do you cope with it?
I love SA! my wifes from Jo-berg/Potch, but we have visited Cape town, port Elizabeth, and my favorite Jefferys Bay multiple times. Some really nice rock anemones in Jeffrey's Bay on the beach.

Hey Jeff, man the loadshedding is a nightmare man! Especially in winter, I used to literally covet the tank in blankets to try and retain the heat. I don't have any power backup at the moment. Still looking into it however the loadshedding now being summer has actually been quite rare (hope I havnt called upon Murphy here) and then I have a battery backup air bubble thing to keep some oxygen in the water... That's it. It surely is a great place to come visit.. Right now with the rand dollar you guys can live like kings and Queens here lol!

That's great news that the loading shedding has been reduced to minimal times.
My wife and I were there a year ago truly lived like kings and I couldn't buy enough prawns, wine and Amarula! :D

Well here is one of my bubble tips which I picked up from an LFS that was very bleached. Can't believe how he has bounced back to life in my tank. Loving this guy.. Here is a before when first introduced in the tank and how it is currently.

Yeah it stayed at the bottom there for quite a while, I guess once gathered some strength slowly made his way to the top of the rock over some weeks now he is at the top and loving the light I guess.

Been a while since updating so thought I would share these latest 2 pics of the tank. One is obviously day lighting and the other night lights happening. [emoji3]
