Well, I keep finding lots of overpriced tanks and I am continually reminded I need to make a lot more money :D

Biggest I can find around here is a 125 not drilled.

Have you contacted MRC? It can't hurt to give them a call. Like I said, if not new they may have a line on some used ones that can be refurbed.

Here's the link to the build thread on the 940 gallon display they made.

Let me know what you guys think of the site via PM if you could be so kind. We're continuing to try to improve it. Thanks.

I have not, I am trying to find something used to keep it cheap for the wife. It’s proving difficult!

That’s an awesome build by the way!

Starting to lose steam, spend about 1-2 hours per day searching, feel like I’m working hard but not smart. They have to be out there somewhere!

Updated first post, considering slightly taller or wider ten foot tanks.

120x24x30, 120x24x36, 120x30x30, 120x30x36, etc. nothing taller or wider, however.

This would be a good question for the squad and mods more familiar with our vendors— what vendors do we have here in R2R that can provide large tanks like this?

The cost of new is expensive.. I do however do build tanls this size but I am located in Canada.

I could give you the acrylic to build the tank at my cost (cheaper then most as i stock 500+ sheets) if you can pick up.

Would be a epic DIY build thread... I can teach you how to glue and so on as well :).

    Open to ideas...

That’s such a generous offer! The issue is that I am literally the least handy person on planet earth. My new home would become a basement swimming pool lol!

If you've got your passport ready it's about an 8.5 to 9hr drive. If elder can have the pieces cut to size already for you then you could find an arcylic fabricator to do the bonding on site. I'm sure with the resources of this forum it won't be that hard.

Build a temporary support frame and a bunch of clamps to hold the panels in place, then it's just injecting the solvent. It would be much easier to get the tank in place with no damage, individual panels are much lighter and can be moved into place with less effort.

You could have a custom tank with an awesome overflow setup for a fraction of the cost. Sounds like a win win to me.
