Just rung the vet and with Australian laws I would have to bring the fish in for a prescription, all local vets are booked out and are shut tomorrow so Monday will be the earliest...
I hope your Naso Tang stays strong and can make it a couple more days. It sucks to have to wait until Monday!

Hoping the same, the infection isn’t spreading but where it is already is just eating away at the flesh pretty quickly. Below is the 24 hour difference taken at night time

Okay update time! Yesterday spoke to three different vets, one saying the fish needed to come in to be prescribed medication legally, another wouldn’t prescribe based off little fish medication knowledge and the last one was kind enough to prescribe metronidazole, it was dosed 1ml per 1 litre and only had 10ml on hand..... so the naso is currently in 10 litres... which is tiny! Treatment is 3 days then 100% water change. Below are some photos, she took her first meal in over a week this morning and I’ve had success with methylene blue baths in reducing the inflammation and sores. Will update her progress but she looks to be improving!! Finally a win for me against disease

That seems odd since metronidazole only treats anaerobic bacterial infections which are exceedingly rare in fish.

Also you said your tank had uronoma? I was under the impression unless treated it never leaves the tank. Could this be what’s happening to your naso?

I would of hoped for a different drug like Cypriot or enro but we shall see how this goes for 3 days and then maybe change plans if needed

I believe I had a case of uronema last year and a bacterial infection due to velvet, how this time I believe it’s just bacterial since the fish was free of any other parasites or disease. Uronema typically only affects weakened fish so unsure how none of my fish have gotten it since!
