HELP! Brown Jelly or something else?

Hey guys so I just got home and noticed one of my euphyllia isn't doing well. Not sure if it's just taking a poop or if it's Brown Jelly. Please lmk what you guys think and if I should take any action. All my other euphyllia look fine
