Help! Bubbles in 4 year old marineland 60g heartland seams

My Marineland 60g heartland was bought new 4 years ago. I don't remember how the seams were when I bought the tank. I was about to start the process of converting this tank into saltwater when I noticed the seams. I first thought it was nerite snail eggs but upon closer inspection, I see bubbles all over the place in the seams. I provided two pics that show what it looks like inside the tank and two pics from outside the tank. I am starting to freak out. Does this look like it's time for a new tank?

I would buy a new tank.nothing worse then setting up a tank to come home and it broke and your livestock is all over the floor not to mention 60 gallons of water and broken glass on the floor. You can reseal it but I would not take the chance

Does the seam between the actual panes of glass look fine?

Bubbles on the inside seam wouldn’t bother me as long as the seam between the glass was intact. Some of my more expensive tanks I purchased didn’t even have a visible inside seam.

They looked like this and this is the seam I would be worried about.

It's a rimmed tank so top and bottom views are not possible atm since it is still filled. I posted a pic where you can see the two glass with the seam between. I marked it in this one.

Those bubbles are not part of the structural seal in the tank which is between the 2 panes of glass. I would not worry about a tank failure there although the bubbles are unsightly they are not structural.

Ya it looks just fine to use that seam you circled looks good.
