So today I was glueing my frog spawn onto a piece of coral and I knocked some tentacles off of the frogspawn head. He was doing so well prior to this incident..... so here is my question should I have any concern in this, will my frogspawn die?

2nd photo The missing tentacles

Does the base of the head look like it has brown jelly disease?

No it doesn't look like it. It looks like more of it is turning into the base. Also there is another head growing in it as well towards the bottom
Great thing about euphyllia is its ability to regrow from a "dead" looking skeleton. So even if you lose both heads, you have a good chance of regrowth. Can you get a full picture of the tank?

It is a hardy coral. Though parameters, flow and lighting can cause additional stress. Best to get a big picture of where it's placed. If it's getting blasted with flow and/or inadequate magnesium/nutrients/alk balance.

Based on your parameters, you need to do a water change or start dosing.
LPS like magnesium in the 1300-1350 rnage
Alk should be around 7dkh-12dkh depending on nitrate and phosphates.
Calcium is ok but on its lowest end. Might bump that to 400-440 range.

Look into investing in Salifert test kits for Ca, alk, mag, and no3. Hanna ULR for phosphates and/or Hanna for Alkalinity.
This would be a wise investment and help tremendously.

I've had him in that spot since 2/11 and my profile picture that's what he ended up as so I think he's happy there

I do have the Red Sea test kit pro and I'm pretty happy with that.

Yes. But its going to have a hard time recovering with your parameters. It's important to to have these elements in range for growth. Otherwise you'll start seeing other corals following suit.
What are you using for lighting?

I'm using 165 ww virpra spectra all LED lighting. The lighting right now is @ 60% because I got this lighting about a month ago and moving it up slowly

Channel_1 (blues) 67%
Channel_2 (whites) 62%
I run both mars aqua and populargrow 165w units. Very similar to what you have. Both tanks mixed with SPS. You really don't need whites that high. I would focus on 20-30% whites and keeping blues where they are. Honestly 20% white and 60% blue could be considered moderate to high lighting depending on where coral is placed in the tank. With the settings you have, you will for sure bleach your corals. So turning whites down to 20-30% would be optimal for that tank.

This is my 20 gallon with the Mars Aqua running 30% whites and 60% blues. My frogspawn is tucked in the back left corner getting low to low-medium light.
