Flatworms are hermaphroditic so you may have more, see if you see any eggs around where you found it. Probably hitched a ride on your rock or corals. Add anything new recently? Got any pest eating fish like a wrasse?

I add corals all the time but dip and clean them throughly. Also right now my tank is fishless since jan30th because of velvet. Only crabs and snails as of now.

Eggs can survive dips, just keep an eye for more, cant dip your tank unfortunately lol. When you can get fish again, look into something that will eat pests. Good luck!

My Leopard wrasse eats pests so that what I use but thats a really difficult fish. Sox line i think can have aggression issues so you may want it to be the last fish you add if everything is peaceful.

Rhabdocoela Flatworm
Great move in siphoning out. Continue if you see any. Not sure if you got any new coral recently that this could have appeared on. If it is just one, chance of eggs are minimized.
May be a good time to consider a wrasse such as yellow coris, 6 lined or lunare. They eat all worms like candy

I have two in 3 of my tanks and no issues. Each fish of course has its own personalities.
