Its hard to tell how big they are from your pictures - are they microscopic (i.e .really small - or easy to see with the naked eye?

This is a zoomed in picture, if I put my eyes right against my tank I can see what they are so they are very small but I can see them with my eyes so not microscopic

It’s about 3 months old
Yeah I’d bet they’re just planaria enjoying the excess nutrients and detritus. When you feed, make sure there isn’t a lot of food thats uneaten, and stay on top of water changes. They’re not an issue though; they’ll die down as the tank matures and you get pods that predate them

I agree - they are a small worm of some type - that is probably just eating stuff off the glass - possibly planaria - are you feeding something into the tank - or are there fish in the tank? Normally most fish will take care of them - as well as 'time'.

Wow?????
It's a small species of nemertean AKA ribbon worm. They are predators on smaller inverts like other worms and pods, won't bother corals or fish and may go after shrimp such as coral banded as they are carnivores and don’t eat nutrients.
Wrasses such as yellow virus, 6 lined, lunare and melanurus will eat them.
you can remove many by siphoning.

In the pic I was able to view on a 32” screen, looks like they’re going after pods
