I know I have dinos I have been treating it via UV and increasing nutrients. Right now nutrients are at 1ppm nitrate and 0.04 phosphate. Took GFO out and only using refugium. My question is what is this on my picture? It’s the only rock in my tank that has that. Looks kind of like Dino growing on green hair algae. If so what is the treatment?

Are you talking about the white specks on the GHA? Have you taken a real close look at it? Are they moving? Could very well be copepods growing/moving on the GHA...Copepods will eat GHA so maybe as a benefit of all that GHA you have a healthy copepod colony!
