Help Identifing this creature.

Hi there. I noticed this creature growing in different spots on my rock.

It seems like it grows out of the areas were sponges are growing. It builds itself like a calcium tube (Body) or something and white tentacles (Arms) come out of it. See pictures and video below. The tentacles are quite long. Please help Identify and what to do with them. Thanks.

I am fairly new at this but I found some awhile back in my tank I believe there spoinid worms. The tend to grow in the gravel. Sometimes on rocks there supposed to be good for the tank means it's mature I guess I could be wrong someone correct me if I am
