Hi there. New to the hobby. Currently have 55 gallon, about 5 months old, with a clownfish, royal gramma, firefish goby, and watchman/pistol pair, 2 cleaner shrimp, and 3 emerald crabs. One hammer coral and two zoas. Recently discovered a few medusa worms that we're just leaving for now.

Found couple of these in tank and not sure what they might be. Any help appreciated!

Not sponge but filter feeding tunicates which are reef safe
