I lost a fish that got sick basically died in 2 days stopped eating sand died the next day, now my naso is showing signs of disease please help identifying and possible treatment, he still swimming very actively and always hungry like most naso attached is a photo sorry for the blue light its late, thanks

Velvet is a fast killer, ammonia and chlorine as well.
Can tell nothing that blue, would just be a SWAG.
Some problems on the skin, around the gills.
Some background might help.

thanks I turned up the white to take a better pic, here is some background I've had him for 5 years just set up this new tank to put him with caribsea life rock and new sand did not transfer anything to the new tank except the Naso a pajama cardinal and a flame hawk that so far look fine but I added a new sailfin tang from my local LFS that died and I assume he brought the disease in
