Bought this coral and came with a hitchikier not quite sure what it is. Also if you could give me a hand identifying the coral. Seller was not sure if it was a scoly or acan.

Coral looks like a button scoly and unfortunately the tag along looks like a majano anemone.

Let’s see if others agree though

It could be like others have pointed out, an anemone however, try touching it and see if its hard. If it feels as though it has a skeleton, it might be a Galaxea coral. Still leaning towards anemone though.

You can remove frag and scrape it off with a pairing knife. it IS a Majano anemone, considered a pest although some reefers like them because of their vivid colors.
If no syringe, you can mix kalkwasser with tank water into a past and using a pipette smother the majano which will melt away
