So long story short, I thought I had a diatom/cyano problem the past few months but I eventually got a microscope and was shocked to find that it was actually dinos.
Sounds like different types of dinos respond better to UV than others. I already have a uv plumbed to my return line, but apparently it's not doing anything. I'm working on getting my nutrients up. Any recommendations for what else I can do based on the type that I have?
