Hi, my apex wifi is not connecting to fusion. and the outlets that it is running are frozen. My status links are blinking blue for a bit and then alternates colors. I will try to upload a video. Please help. Even resting the device (pushing the pin hole for even 20 seconds is not working)

Are you setting up a new Apex or is this a new problem to an existing system that was working previously?

"When the ApexEL is powered up for the very first time it will have a Blue status light indicating that the Apex is in Wi-Fi Setup mode."

Try rebooting your network. My Apex losses wifi but nothing else in the house does, and the only way to fix it is reboot modem and router. If that doesn't work I would unplug everything from the apex and start the install from scratch. Try just the probes and the EB832 to start.

How do I install from scratch? I can't even get it to reset with using the pin hole.

Unplug, plug back in and hit the little reset button and see what happens

You may have to open a ticket with Neptune support, they will be able to help you best.

Pumps running? Lights? if not you may need to just use a power strip for now. Support will get back to you, they are running on skeleton crew right now because of the pandemic, but they will get back to you. GL

Agree on Neptune ticket and it takes them about 6 hours to respond.
Try also resetting your WiFi hub and router

It looks as though your Apex is trying to establish the network connection but can't. Do you have a way to run an ethernet cable from the Apex head to your router? The controllers can be less reliable on wifi, at least for me. If you can establish a connection that way then you know it's a wifi networking issue and you should be able to regain control of your system.
