Yesterday I noticed I small white film on my tang, today I looked at it again and it got bigger. It's clear and kinda bumpy. What is this and is there any cures? It's on the back of the fish on both sides.

Do you have any stinging LPS corals? I'm wondering if your fish is sleeping too close to one of them and getting hitting with it's sweepers at night. The white mark looks to be a "surface wound" - not deep enough to be a bacterial infection IMO.

Also, any chance he got himself wedged in-between some rocks?

The only stinging one is a tourch coral but its up on top, the tang usually sleeps below in between rocks. Wouldn't the wound stay the same, on this fish the spot has grown over night. If it was an infection how would I cure it?

By using a broad spectrum antibiotic such as Furan-2 and/or Kanaplex. You can dose either (or both) in a QT. Alternatively, you can soak Kanaplex (only) in food using a binder, such as Seachem Focus, thus making it reef safe.
