HELP!! MY Green Mandarin Goby is discolored and not moving very much. What should I do?!

I've had this Green mandarin goby for over 3 weeks now. Added copepods yesterday. The goby is barely moving and very discolored. I went to touch it to make sure it is alive and it slowly moved barely at all though. Help!!!

Did the lights just turn on? They look super weird when sleeping, discolored and slow, just like you’re describing.

mandarins coat themselves in a protective slime while they sleep, it takes a few minutes to shed it off when they wake up and start swimming.
