Help My Squomossa is injured and have two holes developed

I accidentally dropped a rock on him and it looked fine so i just re-positioned him. 2 days later, i found a hermit on him and snail on his shell. I panicked and tried to get him off these creatures. Then I realized he has two holes between the mouth/expel (i dont know the proper terms). it is possibly done by those creatures when he was vulnerable. it also appears he might be missing some part on the bottom (he is not really using foot and the hole is about to close). I made a little refuge hanging so these creatures wont come near). He is responsive but seems getting worse. its been one day since i found him that way. Water is pristine so its not a factor at all. ive been treasuring this and i dont know what to do... anything?

Do you have pictures you can share? Doesn’t sound good from your description but isolating it, providing good water quality and lighting will help.

well, i found him this morning with a starfish inside him... holes got bigger and part of flash gone. he is further retracted... still alive though... these ‘additional creatures’ are eating him alive!
Sort of mourning at this point...
