Help please my sailfin tang is upside down and breathing heavily

I picked up a sailfin tang about a week ago And he was doing alright and looked healthy, he was eating flake food but was shy and hid under a cave when ever I came up to feed. He was swimming alright but now he’s breathing very heavily and going upside down on the sand. I’ve been in the hobby for about half a year and I don’t know what to do. If anybody knows what it may be or what I can do to help please contact me. Thank you.

All my other fish are perfectly fine, I’ve had them since I started my tank

My tank levels are: Temp: 78, Salinity: 1.026 sg, Ph: 8.1ppm, Nitrate: 15 pp, Phostphate: 0.03 ppm, Kh: 7 dkh, Cal: 400, Amonia: 0

sorry to say i dont think hes gonna make it when a fish starts doin that usually they dont i wish i could help

Is your fish doing better? My sailfin just started doing the same thing yesterday. Do you know what happened?
