+1 for flatworm. Many (most?) are harmless but can quickly reproduce to plague proportions. If you can catch the issue early enough, a simple siphon made from a length of silicon airline tubing attached to a piece of rigid airline tubing will allow you to stay on top of them.

Predatory Polyclad flatworm. Rhabdocoela sp. I'd just siphon them out as billdogg said. I've heard the white ones can have a taste for coral.
