help pls! weird sores on clowns

so got a pair of snowstorm clowns over a year ago they develop these sore but none other fish got them. so i FW dip them and copper but that never worked so i left it. 6 months ago the large femail died.
so i added another clown they paired up but now he is starting to get those small sore spots aswell . idk what do... hers a few pic i managed to get. let me know what you guys think... mabee internal infetion

@Amoo I’m stumped on this one and can’t even guess as I’ve never seen black dots. Almost like black ich.

You may have to go with formalin or hypo.

@Humblefish and some other members have experienced black ich that was completely resistant to praziquantel.

i did QT copper and prazi pro 2 weeks
Copper for two weeks is not enough if not moved to a completely different sterile quarantine. 30 days is required. That said, this probably isn’t ich or velvet. Just for your reference. :)

Nope, NOPE, NNNNOOOOOOOOOOPPPPEEEE! Amoo + disease and treatment forum = wrong person for the job. :p

There are many many many more qualified people for disease related stuff then me. Humble, 4Ford, Hotrocks...etc.

All I would be able to see was looks like black ich to me, but I'd immediately tag in those guys who are already here :p
