Hey any help or ideas would be much appreciated - last night the power went out a few times. Don't know if this is related but I'm guessing it is. This is the model with the step up 110v to 220v transformer for the 4 X 80w T5s. They're on two separate channels, one is coming on and the other isn't. I've tried reconnecting to the app and reloading the program a few times, but only the one channel is working.

Any ideas or thoughts on what to do next?

Have you reached out to the manufacturer? They may be able to help. I wish I had better ideas, but here's a free bump in case someone else knows.

Yes, I did reach out, actually, and they thought it was either a ballast or control board issue. I had a new ballast shipped directly from Giesemann (not a cheap affair with the $60 in shipping) and plan to install it this weekend. It’s not an easy task getting the light down by myself and dismantled...

Hopefully that does it
