Bryopsis:

Hair:

Pics Kinda over-saturated. Still can't get the hang of pics under LED. Wish I could say this isn't my tank, but it is.

Nuisance or undesirable algae is only algae grown in the wrong place just like a weed is a plant you don't want in your garden. I have a number of different algae's I grow mostly GHA but I grow them where I want them not in my DT. Here are a few pic's of the algae's I grow in my ATS which IMO is the best place for it and in fact very desirable and beneficial. I would go as far as to say all algae's are beneficial as they are feeding off excess nutrients it;s just that some people grow them in the wrong place for them. I have included a pic of my DT with very little noticeable algae in it.

Asking a bunch of reefers for pics of Algae is like asking a bunch of skate boarders to show pics of broken bones. These are our battle scars!!!!

My first 55g tank. About 6 or so months in PO4 leaching out of the dry rock I started with.

Before getting into feeding bacteria with carbon sources

I had a real mess on my hands a few months ago. I believe I have Dino's and Cyano at the same time. Very Frustrating!
