HELP white dots on my frogspawn.

Saw very tiny dots on my frogspawn frag a few days ago and checked again this morning and there bigger now. Please lmk what they are and if i need to take any action. Doesnt seem to be affecting the frogspawn.yet....

They look like spirorbid worms to me.

Thanks everybody. From the info I just read they definitley look like spirorbid worms 100%. Any course of action i should take or just leave it be?
