Help with lps

Tank is 4 months old but for some reason I can't keep hammers,frog spawn alive but all other corals are thriving. Checked all parameters and everything is good please help.

Can the following info be provided to help others provide better assistance?

Temp (Daily High and Low)
Salinity (Daily High and Low)
Ca
Alk (Daily High and Low)
Mg
PO4
Lighting
Total System Volume (Include Sump/Fuge)

Just to start. With the age of the tank I would have recommended holding off a bit longer too.

Can you post your numbers please.
Your good and others good may be very different.
Unstable water and/or incorrect ranges and or combinations is likely number 1 reason for issues.

These are some of the hardiest species you can place in a reef setting.
One thing they are not fans of are high flow, lights too bright and high nitrates.

Recommended:

Moderate light and water flow
salinity 1.025
ph 8.2
temp 77-79
nitrate < .04
phos < .05
ammonia < .03
CA 440
mag 12300
Alk 8-9

Most of mine were 1-3 head frags:
