So our club recently received a neptune apex controller and we have been having difficulty attempting to connect it to wifi. Our tank is located on our school campus and what we've done in the past with wifi devices such as our AI Prime HD was connect them to our schools network using one of our credentials. For the apex setup however there is only an option to connect with a password whereas we need to be able to connect with both a username and password. Is there any way to do this or do we have an apex that we can't use?

No. The Apex does not support enterprise WiFi. You need to see if there is a guest network at the school and connect to that.
