That looks like a very new tank I'm betting its ammonia because it wasn't fully cycled before adding fish.

Do you have powerheads? They need lots of oxygen and one way to provide it is to have powerheads moving the water, added bonus if it breaks the surface.

How long were the fish in the tank? How long has the tank been set up? Did you quarantine your fish?

I haven't tested for that. The reef test kit never came with it. Could it be ammonia?
Ammonia is the single most important test you can do on a new aquarium imo. Even very low levels of ammonia can kill fish. The reef kit is a supplement kit to be used in addition to the salt water kit.

How did you go about cycling your tank?

I got live sand and live rock and let it sit for about three four weeks. I also put small amount of food in the tank and also added about three gallons of salt water from my other tank. Which is having no issues at all

Advantages and disadvantages to both. It's just a matter of understanding each.
Also your alk is at the top of what's safe.
Your calcium is also very high. Did you recently do a water change? What is your salinity? If you haven't been dosing but have been using those salts I'm guessing it is very high.

I've had this happen with about $1,000 worth of fish it sucks but happens. Get that ammonia checked you can take a water sample to the lfs. Reef crystals has added more calcium aND stuff for corals.

Salinity is 1.24 should I use the reef crystals instead of the salt?

Are you sure it is 1.24 and not 1.024?

I use reef crystals and mixed at 1.023 it gives me 400 calcium. The regular salt should give you an even lower calcium.
