Well... my single polyp HW rtn’d overnight. Dang.
Going to leave it on the rack and see if it can recover, most likely a goner though with it only being a single polyp.

Well that really tugs. Sorry.

Sorry to hear about the HW. Always tough when you only get one polyp to start with.
Yeah. I’m not too upset about it. One polyp is very difficult, literally nothing can go wrong with water chemistry lol. I tried target feeding a new food yesterday too, I’m also thinking that may be part of it.

I hate when that happens. Nothing you did was wrong. Some just like to bail.

Definitely can’t keep it in the cabinet or you can’t pump it. Gotta pump the reactor to pimp the tank.
It fits lol, I just tried it, just barely. Getting it in the sump is going to be tricky ;Inpain

So far so good with the zeovit reactor. I lost 20 ppm additional calcium today and lost 0.6dKH from my usual. Time to bump up the doser again!
The tank was awful looking the day I installed the reactor. I was really nervous yesterday after I did all the work; dismantling a year old fuge really stirs up some junk!

I still have more to clean. It’s very difficult to get this sediment out of the sump. If anyone has any ideas please chime in. I have a mj1200 I use for work like that, but it was having difficulty sucking it all up due to clogging with larger pieces of sediment. Every time I shake the zeo reactor junk from the bottom of the sump gets into the display and temporarily clouds it.

I've heard some people use shop vacs. Never tried it, what I usually do is stir up the big stuff and net it.

Just get a CaRx. You got room for another big reactor
