What are you adding for an ammonia source and what test kit are you using? Your nitrite is low but a little strange its not zeroed out yet.

Are your lights on, refugium on or have you done a water change between the 6th and 13th?

Your Ca and Mg levels are way too high and there was a large Alk swing. The point in determining how much to dose is not to dose for a few days (or a week if you can afford it consumption-wise) then see how much was consumed. Then you dose the adequate amount in order to keep the level stable and adjust further if necessary.
Why is your nitrate so high?

Yes,
Stop dosing for a day or two and let the #'s slide down.
Then you should be able to start to dial in the daily dose of each.

Might not even need to dose mag for a fairly long time.

And... it's good practice to test your big 3 / at the same time each day.
They can vary during a 24 hour period.

i stopped dosing on 1-6, i have not dosed in 7 days.
Are you parameter's slowly coming down?

If not, it tells me that your 175 is not ready to dose.

One month is real young to be stabled out.

Let your testing be your eyes.

So you're losing only 0.24 alkalinity and some 5 ppm calcium per day.
You certainly can let calcium slip some more and start minimal dosing just to slow down the slide. You'd have to check again in a week or so or provide current numbers.
